Everything in the health-care profession is rapidly changing – with the exception of the need for funds to meet today’s demands and be prepared for tomorrow’s needs.

The CasaBlanca Golf Club will be hosting the 3rd Annual Golf 4 Life fund raising golf tournament on Sunday, Oct 14. Proceeds will be donated to the Mesquite Cancer Help Society, which is a non profit organization run entirely by volunteers. The MCHS provides cancer patients assistance with prescriptions, transportation and other medical costs.

The tournament will feature a four-person scramble with a 8:00 am Shotgun start. The $65 per person entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, boxed lunch, prizes, and a Best Dressed Pink Team. Players can register online at www.casablancaresort.com.

In an effort to raise additional funds, we will be raffling off prizes that are donated from the good citizens and businesses of Mesquite and the surrounding areas. We are also selling ‘hole’ sponsorships for $75 and for each sponsorship, a sign with your name (or whatever you’d like displayed on the sign) will be on the golf course.

This is an excellent opportunity to also get your name and information into the community and enhance awareness to your business as well as helping raise money for this very needy cause.

We urge you as a member of this community to participate in any way that you can, whether it be buying a hole sponsorship, donating a prize or gift certificate, and maybe even playing in the tournament!
