Nobody complains more about a lack of time than Americans. We're always looking for the latest tip -- What's going to help me make it through my day?
How do you make the most of your time? How do you manage the unmanageable, the irritations, the inconveniences, the illnesses, the delays, things that just cause your schedule to fly out the window?
Sometimes we only see the current situation but God sees the end result. Life is a combination of good and bad, positive and negative. But “God can make everything beautiful in its time." We see the ugly cocoon, God sees the transformed butterfly.
So what can we do? There are two great things we can do with our life: In Eccl. 3:12 "There is nothing better for men than to be happy and do good while they live." God did not put you here on earth just to live for yourself. Do your giving while you're living, then you’re knowing where it’s going.
Whether it be money or time, Do it now!
Second, appreciate all the time you have. It's a gift from God so live each moment with an attitude of gratitude. Every morning, your Heavenly Father deposits 86,400 seconds into a daily time account. You get to choose how you use it.
Because your time is your life, it is your most important and precious commodity, far more important than money. Money is a renewable resource, but we all have only a certain amount of time. You get 168 hours a week -- no more, no less. If you waste time; you’re wasting your life...
Waste your money and you're only out of money, but waste your time and you've lost a part of your life. Michael LeBoeuf
