Have you ever asked the question what is the meaning of life? Why did God put us here? What is our purpose in life?

There is a purpose to our lives and in the last few weeks, we at First Baptist Church have learned that God created us to be loved by Him, to belong to Him and to become like Christ. This week we will focus on how God wants us to bless others.

How do we bless others? By finding a need and filling it! There are people all around us who have needs and could use our help. Do you know someone who needs physical assistance, emotional support, financial help, practical advice, even a cup of cold water? You can be a blessing just by saying a kind word to someone who is having a bad day. [Read more]
